1. Free Use

All tools on this website are free to use with no signup, no hidden fees, no usage limits for normal individual use.

2. Not Professional Advice

Our calculators (SIP, EMI, Tax, GST, BMI, etc.) provide informational estimates only. They are NOT:

• Financial advice — consult a SEBI-registered advisor for investments
• Tax advice — consult a CA for tax filings
• Medical advice — consult a doctor for health decisions
• Legal advice — consult a lawyer for legal matters

Always verify our outputs with qualified professionals before making important decisions.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive for accuracy but make no warranties:

• Tax rates, GST percentages, and slabs may change — always verify current rates
• Exchange rates are mid-market, not transactional
• Crypto prices are sourced from CoinGecko (third party)
• AI-generated content (chat, quiz answers, descriptions) may contain errors — verify before use

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Scrape or automate requests to overload our servers or API quotas
• Use our AI tools to generate spam, harmful, illegal, or hateful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass our tools' limits
• Reuse our code, designs, or branding without permission
• Resell our tools as your own service

Violation may result in IP bans and other consequences.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools use Google Gemini. AI output:

• May be inaccurate or outdated (Gemini's training data cuts off around early 2024)
• Should be reviewed by a human before use
• Belongs to you to use commercially (we claim no copyright)
• May not be unique — similar prompts can yield similar results for other users

6. Intellectual Property

The KrishnaTools brand, design, tool logic, and code are owned by Krishna Kumar P. You may not copy, redistribute, or claim them as your own. AI-generated content created using our tools belongs to you.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages include affiliate links to financial services (Groww, Zerodha, BankBazaar, ClearTax, WazirX, Semrush, etc.). If you click and sign up, we may earn a commission. This does not increase your cost. It funds our free tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishna Kumar P and KrishnaTools are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Decisions made based on tool outputs (investment, tax, medical, etc.)
• Service downtime or unavailability
• Errors in AI-generated content

We try to keep all tools running 24/7 but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.

11. Governing Law
